3.2 Analytics and Diagnostics

We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., which features are used most often, crash reports) to help us improve the app. This data cannot be used to identify you personally and does not include any content from your device.

3.3 Purchase Information

If you purchase a subscription or in-app purchase, the transaction is handled entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. We may receive a transaction receipt from Apple to verify your purchase status.

The email-cleaning feature allows you to connect Gmail, Outlook, or iCloud accounts. When you do:

• Authentication is handled through the respective provider's official OAuth flow (Google, Microsoft, or Apple).
• We request the minimum permissions needed to list and delete emails.
• Access tokens are stored securely in your device's Keychain and are never transmitted to our servers.
• You can revoke access at any time through the app's account settings or directly from your email provider's security settings.

Email content is only read locally on your device to display a preview and never leaves your device.

CleanerPhone may use the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit — for subscription and purchase management.
• Google Sign-In / Gmail API — for Gmail account integration. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Identity / Outlook API — for Outlook account integration. Governed by Microsoft's Privacy Policy.
• Apple iCloud — for iCloud Mail integration. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

We do not share your personal data with advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics companies that profile users.

Because CleanerPhone processes data entirely on your device, we do not retain copies of your personal data on our servers. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored app preferences and cached data from your device.

Any email access tokens stored in your Keychain are deleted when you disconnect an account within the app or uninstall the app.

7. Children's Privacy

CleanerPhone is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
