This Privacy Policy describes how Tilt Drop (“the Game”) developed by Ezequiel Barreto (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles your information.
By downloading or using Tilt Drop, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Tilt Drop does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
There is no account system, no login, and no sign-up required to play. You do not need to provide any personal information — not even an email address.
The Game saves the following data exclusively on your device using iOS’s UserDefaults:

The Game uses your iPhone’s accelerometer solely to control gameplay — tilting your device steers the ball. No motion data is recorded, stored, or transmitted.
In-app purchases (point packs) are processed entirely by Apple’s StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or process any payment information. Apple handles all billing data according to Apple’s Privacy Policy.
We do not collect information, so we do not use it for any purpose. There is no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and no third-party SDKs integrated into Tilt Drop.

We do not store any data on our servers because we do not collect any. All game data lives locally on your device and is managed by iOS. Uninstalling the app will permanently delete all locally saved data.
Tilt Drop is a casual arcade game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children or adults — we collect no personal information from anyone.

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. All game progress is stored locally and you can remove it at any time by uninstalling the app.
